spooky TV

I was in the mood for some spooky TV last night. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for (zombies), but the combined effect of The True Story of Robinson Crusoe, The True Story of Moby Dick, and The True Story of Sherlock Holmes on the Discovery channel was pretty cool (even if the Sherlock Holmes one was another sad step on Discovery's path to becoming the All Forensic Science All the Time Channel).

It was chock full of murder, mutilation, sex with goats, and cannibalism.

Moby Dick was probably the scariest. In the true story, a bunch of people survive the whale attack, only to find themselves adrift at sea and eventually cannibalizing each other. Very creepy.

Then I watched part of a weird werewolf movie, which wasn't very good, but it was the spookiest thing on TV at that point and the girl playing little red riding hood was very cute, almost in a HBC kinda way.

Unfortunately, none of this led to the interesting spooky dreams I was hoping to have.
